Of course, the idea behind the robot is quite simple and classic; when the fast MA crosses the slow MA from above, a sell signal is generated. And similarly, when the fast MA crosses the slow MA from below, a buy signal is generated.
Analysis of Results
Our year-long analysis of the Two MA crossover with Alert bot's performance showed that while the bot simplifies the task of spotting potential trading opportunities, its performance is as erratic as any other bot based on the MA crossover strategy.Many successful trades were recorded, yet user waynet's complaints about the excessive alerts overshadow these victories.
Pros and Cons
